Where We Ship
SHOOTER ships internationally. Customers can order from locations around the world where our shipping partners provide delivery.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery time for international orders is approximately 10–30 business days.
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery can vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, customs processing and other circumstances outside SHOOTER’s control. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after purchase. Because SHOOTER products are fulfilled through our production and fulfillment partners, processing and delivery times may vary by product and destination.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information when tracking is available.
Customs & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or other import charges depending on the destination country. Any customs duties, taxes or additional import charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Delays
SHOOTER is not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, incorrect or incomplete delivery information, weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.
If your order appears to be significantly delayed, please contact us with your order number so we can help investigate.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If you entered an incorrect address, contact SHOOTER as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed after the order has been processed or shipped.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and relevant photos or information so we can investigate.
